A nourishing day for Mom

Ceremonial Ritual connecting you to your inner well

We will be ceremoniously connecting with your inner well of nourishment and resourcing through the ultimate mother, Mother Earth. We will get clear about the values you want to carry forward as a Mother and feel witnessed and celebrated in community. Connection is everything in motherhood and this will be a great way to connect with yourself and your community.

About our co-host Dr. Tara of Inner Rhythm Wellness

Dr. Tara Morrison is a mother, wife, creatrix, and medicine woman.

She is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Women’s Health & Intimacy Coach, and creator of Somatic Pelvic Care, her signature mind-body-spirit approach to serving women struggling with pelvic floor challenges so they can feel empowered in their birth experience, feel connected and confident in their bodies postpartum, and reignite intimacy both in and out the bedroom.

She has devoted her 13 year career to exploring “out of the box” solutions to healing physical pain, recognizing that most women’s health conditions and physical challenges have an unseen emotional or energetic root cause. After her own initiation into motherhood, she followed the inner call to start her own business, Inner Rhythm Wellness to support women more fully through this right of passage on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. Since then she has supported hundreds of women in attuning to their Inner Rhythm, becoming a more confident and connected mother, while healing their pelvic floors, and getting back to enjoying sex after baby.

Nourishing food by Wilde Roots Provisions

We will be nourished and mothered by Hannah of Wilde Roots Provisions. She is a mom and adventure chef! After ten years of living in Hawai’i, exploring the islands, kite surfing, teaching yoga, and of course, cooking – the islands have shaped the way she styles menus and the flavor profiles you will experience.

Her menus are almost entirely organic with as much local sustainable ingredients that she can get her hands on. They are proud supporters of 1% for the Planet, so you can rest easy knowing a percentage of your payment to Wilde Roots will go to numerous charities supporting the planet.

You can find Wilde Roots team at the Issaquah Farmer’s Market from May to September and at Freestone Collective. She will be serving up a gorgeous grazing board, family style stew, salads, small bites, dessert and mocktails.

Yoga & Bodywork

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Expert Ella of Ella Frances Yoga will be guiding us through an all levels yoga class with lots of restorative moments and healing hands on adjustments from Tara & Ella!

We will take a walk out near The Pass Life at Gold Creek Pond to resource ourselves with the time in nature with our ultimate mother, Mother Earth.

The Pass Life

The Pass Life Cathedral Room will host our time spent indoors practicing yoga, eating nourishing food and connecting in our ceremonial ritual. The Pass Life is in Snoqualmie Pass Washington right in the heart of the mountains.
