Parenthood & Purpose: Minimize the Stress and Make Time for YOU

$10It can be hard to find time as parents to fold all the laundry, match all those little socks, meal plan and keep all those toys at bay – let alone find time for yourself to do the things that fill your cup up.
Join us for our next Parenthood & Purpose event where will practice yoga + learn about ways to decrease stress through self-care and connection. Host and yoga teacher Ella Frances will lead us through prenatal and postnatal yoga flow.
After movement, we will hear from Stephanie of How2Mom and Monica from Melanated Mamas on how we can create space and time for ourselves as parents. With some discussion and journaling, we will develop a realistic and individual plan that supports our self-care. We will close with some community connection and personal shares and maybe make some new friends.
A portion of this event’s proceeds will go to the Jeremiah Program.
