Come join us for an hour long kids yoga & storytime every Saturday.

We will have circle time, introductions, move through some yoga poses, breathwork, songs and maybe a little dancing and time outdoors. After yoga we will read a yogic story or children’s mindfulness book and work on a coloring sheet together or a craft. Then we will spend time outside in the play area socializing. This will be a fun activity to do with your kids and not just sit on the sidelines on your phone! Come ready to move and be present caregivers.
